We are happy to receive you this year at NSSY 2019. Please follow the steps below for a successful registration:

 

1.   Complete the following registration form with your email. (open Feb 1st, 2019)

 

2.  Send your abstract in .doc and .pdf format to nssy@yachaytech.edu.ec until February 28th, 2019. For your abstract follow the attached templates. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• If you are an undergraduate student and want to apply for a grant attach to the email a motivation letter. 

 

3. After acceptance, a notification will be sent to participants with instructions for the payment process. 

    We need to receive your payment until  May 6th, 2019.

 

Note: Early payment is recommended. The number of participants will be strictly limited.
