1)Under-graduate student fee (UG)
The NanoScience Summer School has designed a special package offered by the hosting hotel for undergraduate students interested in being part of this event. Package 1 UG includes a) Accommodation in a shared triple or quadruple room at the conference hotel and breakfast place. b) and coffee breaks. c) Dinner d) Conference integration event.

2) Regular fee (RF)
The regular fee to be part of the NanoScience Summer School has been designed for your comfort and integration along this international event offered by the hosting hotel: Package 2 RF includes a) Accommodation in a shared double room at the conference hotel b) coffee breaks. c) Dinner. d) Conference integration event and d) Conference tour.
3) VIP fee (VIP)
The NanoScience Summer School has designed a special package for your prime-comfort and integration along this international event. A limited number of single rooms in category 3 at the hotel will be available offered by the hosting hotel. Package 3 VIP includes a) Accommodation in a single room at the conference hotel b) coffee breaks. c) Dinner. d) Conference integration event and d) Conference tour.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Every undergraduate student has to apply for a poster presentation. There will be no possibility to be part of the conference without a scientific contribution. An international selection committee will evaluate and accept the posters-abstracts' contributions. The final number of participants will be strictly limited.
I. The hosting fee already includes the TAX value to enter Galapagos Islands sponsored by GREG that corresponds to Ecuadorians $6 USD, Non-Ecuadorians $100 USD. More info available at http://www.galapagos.gob.ec/en/tribute-of-entry/
II. The hosting fee already includes morning breakfast at the appointed hotel.
III. The hosting fee includes free water during the conference event for the participants.
IV. Invited research lectures (Mini-talks) are scheduled for 30 minutes, including 10 minutes for discussion.
V. Posters have to be designed in A0 - Portrait format.
VI. The participants could be accommodated in Hotel Palmeras up to 94 guests. Early submission of application is recommended. The number of participants will be strictly limited. Applicants submitting a contribution will be considered with preference. Please note that only a limited number of VIP tickets are allowed and preference will be given to Keynote speakers. Regular and student packages will be accommodated in shared rooms (the hotel is paid per person, not per room).

GRANTS FOR UG. STUDENTS
After the registration, undergraduate students can apply for a grant to cover part of their expenses by attatching . A limited number of grants will be available.
