We are happy to receive you this year at NSSY 2023. Please follow the steps below for a successful registration:
1. Complete the following registration form with your email. Attach your abstract in .doc and .pdf format to the registration form until January 31st, 2023. For your abstract follow the attached templates.

If you are an undergraduate student and want to apply for a grant attach to the registration form a motivation letter and semester enrollment.

The selection criteria will be based on the quality of the abstract and motivation letter.
2. If you are considering to apply for any founding that requires the early acceptance of your full manuscript, please upload full manuscript at the moment of registration using the following template:

3. After acceptance, a notification will be sent to participants with instructions for the payment process.
We need to receive your payment until April 15th, 2023.
Note: Early payment is recommended. The number of participants will be strictly limited.

REGISTRATION FORM
Conference proceedings will be published in a supplement number of Acta Microscopica. Once your abstract has been accepted, you can submit your Final Full Paper to be published in a special number of Acta Microscopica. After revision from at least two reviewers experts on the field who will assess the quality of the paper, we will recommend its acceptance or rejection. The content of the paper should not have been published prior in any other conference or publication.
